Hello, my name is Chelsie Walton and I have been in the dental field for 13 years. I have had the privilege to work in all aspects of the dental office including restorative, preventative, and administrative. As I grew professionally, I found that I thrive in the role of helping others achieve their goals. My passion is to help dental professionals build their dream practice and teach them processes that they can implement and lead to success.

My dental journey began as a registered dental assistant. Personally, I learned the importance of being cross trained in multiple roles to help achieve the goals of the office. Through hard work and comprehensive training, I learned administrative roles of the dental office such as efficiently scheduling procedures, collections associated with self-pay and insurance claims, and insurance verification. In my current role, I am responsible for collecting substantial amounts of money for multiple offices. Through trail and error, I have gained ample knowledge that has changed financial trajectory of various dental offices and I look forward to the opportunity to positively impact yours.
